Run Your Own Show - “How to” guide

Parents pay you. You pay us.
Flexible pricing set by you allows you to decide your own profits.

  • You pay the ‘cost’ price, parents pay the ‘sell’ price and you keep the difference for your funds. 

  • You collect payment from the parents.

  • No need to register.

  • Set your own deadline, when time allows.

  • Decide on your selling prices – view our product pages for our recommended selling prices. If you wish to have different selling prices, please follow this link to complete a request form →

  • If you’re happy with our suggested selling prices, go ahead and download the free artwork template, and print one copy per child. If you have requested amended pricing, we will email your personalised template directly to you, to download and print. Then, download and print out one Organiser Checklist, to complete when your send in your artwork.  

    It pays to be organised! Our Early Bird - 10% discount applies to all individual artwork products between 1st Jan - 31st March & 1st Sept - 16th Oct.

    NB: Please do not alter the layout of the template, as this will confuse our printing fairies!

  • Grab your art supplies and get creative!  Be sure to use lovely bright colours for the best results - paints & felt tip pens work brilliantly!

  • Send the artwork home to the parents, for them to choose their products and complete the built in order form, which they must then return to school along with payment. 

    The order form includes a link to our gallery website where the parents can view samples of the products.

    To help support your fundraising efforts, you can download a handy poster of the products available for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas projects. You can then email / send home to parents. You’ll find the links on the product pages.

  • Send us your completed Organiser Checklist along with all the artwork – by post or by scanning and uploading:

  • Once our printing fairies have worked their magic, we will dispatch the completed order to you, to the address you provided on the Organiser Checklist, for you to distribute.

    Delivery/handling costs are £9.00 inc VAT for each order or part order, regardless of order size or value.
