How it works
PLEASE NOTE - our online 'Go Cashless' prices differ from our 'Run Your Own Show' prices and cannot be amended. They are set and guarantee a commission towards your fundraising.
Commission deadlines
To qualify for the commission, artwork must reach us by the dates shown.
We suggest setting your shop closing date 7 days prior to your chosen commission date, to allow you time to collate the artwork & post over to us. These dates are repeated on the Setup Artwork Project form.

As Chief Organiser, head to our project set up page and complete our quick and easy form to allow us to create your online shop, where you’ll choose your own closing date* that works for you.
The earlier you get those orders in, the more commission you make – see our commission calendar below:
Early Bird - Earn a whopping 30% commission by ensuring we’ve received your artwork by 16th October
On Time – You’ll earn 20% commission by ensuring we’ve received your artwork by 17th November
Running Slightly Late – Last minute orders are no problem here, you can still earn 10% commission up to our final closing deadline of 3rd December (artwork must be received by then, please!)
*Once you’ve selected which commission rate you’d like to work towards, we suggest setting your shop closing deadline 7 days prior to this, to allow you time to collate the artwork & post over to us.

Now you've received your confirmation email with links to your paperwork, download and print out one Organiser Checklist, to complete when your send in your artwork. Then, print your personalised templates for the children (this contains your unique Project Number), grab your art supplies and get creative! Be sure to use lovely bright colours for the best results - paints & felt tip pens work brilliantly!
NB: Please do not alter the layout of the template, as this will confuse our printing pixies! -
Send the artwork home to the parents, so they can follow the weblink or QR code on the template (above their child’s artwork) and view your online shop, where they will order & pay online, directly to All My Own Work.
They will be requested to enter your unique Project Number from the template, which will ensure their order is correctly grouped with your school.
Parents then return the artwork to you at school, completed with their order details and order code.

Once our printing pixies have worked their magic, we will dispatch the completed order to you, free of delivery charge, to the address you provided on the Organiser Checklist, for you to distribute.

We will then contact you to arrange payment of your lovely commission, in line with our commission calendar (see below). Our favoured method is by BACS transfer into your nominated bank account, but we can also pay by cheque if required.
