How it works

PLEASE NOTE - our online 'Go Cashless' prices differ from our 'Run Your Own Show' prices and cannot be amended. They are set and guarantee a commission towards your fundraising.

Go Cashless - “How to” guide

Leave the work to us.
Parents order and pay online.  
Fixed product prices allow you to earn 20% commission.

  • Super easy & simple to set up in less than 5 minutes.

    SEE FULL DETAILS BELOW

  • As Chief Organiser, head to the project set up page and complete our quick and easy form to allow us to create your online shop.

  • Now you've received your confirmation email with links to your paperwork, download and print out one Organiser Checklist, to complete when your send in your artwork. Then, print your personalised templates for the children (this contains your unique Project Number), grab your art supplies and get creative!  Be sure to use lovely bright colours for the best results - paints & felt tip pens work brilliantly! 

    NB: Please do not alter the layout of the template, as this will confuse our printing fairies! 

  • Send the artwork home to the parents, so they can follow the weblink or QR code on the template (next to their child’s artwork) and view your online shop, where they will order & pay online, directly to All My Own Work.  

    They will be requested to enter your unique Project Number from the template, which will ensure their order is correctly grouped with your school.  

    Parents then return the artwork to you at school, completed with their order details and order code.

    To help support your fundraising efforts, download a handy poster of the products available, for you to email / send home to parents. You’ll find the link at the foot of the project products page.

  • Send us your completed Organiser Checklist along with all the artwork – by post or by scanning and uploading:

  • Once our printing fairies have worked their magic, we will dispatch the completed order to you, free of delivery charge, to the address you provided on the Organiser Checklist, for you to distribute. 

  • We will then contact you to arrange payment of your lovely commission. Our favoured method is by BACS transfer into your nominated bank account, but we can also pay by cheque if required.
