HOW IT WORKS

It’s simple - you pay the ‘cost’ price, the parents pay the ‘sell’ price
and you keep the difference for your funds.

The recommended ‘sell’ price allows for a minimum of 50p profit per item
for your group, whilst still providing excellent value to the parents.
With no minimum order on most items we can supply the smallest playgroup
up to the largest school.

Early bird discount* gives you 10% off

10% off selected items if you order during our quieter periods.
Look for the symbol throughout the product directory.

*Early Bird Discount is available for orders whose artwork and requirements we have received between
15th January and 31st March and then again between 1st August and 15th October.

HOW TO ORDER

Please read these notes carefully to ensure your fundraising is as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Choose which product template you would like to work with. If you download and print out your own templates, you may choose as many different ones as you wish, but if you prefer that we supply the templates, please bear in mind that we are only able to supply one type of "multi-use" template along with up to three types of "single-use" templates. Each multi-use template has a low-cost option so there is something for everyone.

When ordering your paper templates. We need to know the template code and which products you are offering.
We will supply sufficient templates for every child to complete some artwork.

Decide on your selling price - we provide a "sell" price but this is just a guide and it is entirely up to you how much you add to the "cost" price. Don’t forget to include the delivery/handling price of £7.20 (inc vat) in your cost calculations.

Complete the artwork in felt-tip or paint, following the vitally important artwork information you can find by clicking here. It has been established that it is better to produce the artwork within the group or school, rather than sending it home for completion (there are many ways to build the completion of artwork into the National Curriculum).

Show the artwork to the parents and ask them to order from the list of available products on the reverse of the template. We think it is best to collect the payments this stage (see sample parental letter on our downloads page). Please note that we do not offer "sale or return" of goods as each item is printed to order.

When you have collated the orders, simply send them to us along with your full delivery address and contact details. Please be sure to include the group name and an out-of-hours contact phone number in case we have any queries.

We will process your order and return it to you, usually within two weeks, though we ask that you allow longer during the run-up to Christmas. We ask that you send your payment within 30 days. If you are paying by cheque, please send one cheque, payable to all my own work ltd., not one from each parent!
June & July invoices MUST be paid within 15 days please.
*Delivery/handling charge of £7.20 (inc vat) applies to all orders and part orders.
In the unlikely event of a product being unavailable, we will offer a substitute product of similar value.
